Boston University Art Galleries presents its summer exhibition, Right to the City, an international movement combating the political, cultural, and environmental repercussions of inequitable land and property (re)development. Over the last decade, photographic ethnographer Dominic Moulden (Hon.'25) has traversed shorelines, capturing the global resistance against displacement.

Curated by academic Ky VassorRight to the City serves as a call to action, uplifting ways we can all safeguard the fundamental human right to a healthy place called home. This traveling exhibition provides a survey of grassroots organizations, scholars, and community members combating the global repercussions of gentrification.

Right to the City is on view at BU Art Galleries' Faye G., Jo, and James Stone Gallery from June 9 through August 8. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm, closed on Mondays and holidays.

BU Art Galleries will be closed Tuesday, June 30, through Monday, July 6, in observance of Independence Day. Stone Gallery will reopen on Tuesday, July 7.
