This is an introductory-level class and may only be taken once per semester.
Learn the fundamentals of the Pilates Method using both mat work and specialized equipment, including the reformer, Cadillac, and chair. Based on the original work of Joseph H. Pilates, this class focuses on improving alignment, strength, flexibility, control, and coordination. Exercises are adaptable for all levels and are designed to deepen the mind-body connection, promote relaxation, and reduce the risk of injury. $30 member/$35 non-member
